Your dashboard
What the numbers and cards on the dashboard mean, and how to change the date range and location.
The dashboard is the first page owners and managers see after signing in. It shows what's new and what's waiting for you. Someone whose everyday job is sending review requests, like staff, starts on Requests instead.
Each card shows to the people who can act on it, so a staff member's dashboard is shorter than yours. See Team and roles.
Date range and location
The menus at the top pick what the numbers cover:
- Date range: last 7, 30 or 90 days, or the last 12 months. Last 30 days is the default.
- Location: with more than one location, pick one. On Group you can also pick All locations to see them together.
Analytics uses the same menus.
The four numbers
- Average rating: across all your reviews, compared with what it was before the period began.
- New reviews: how many came in, compared with the period before.
- Requests sent: review requests that went out, compared with the period before.
- Response rate: the share of reviews from the date range you've answered, leaving out ones you marked ignored, with how long replies usually take. The Listing page's profile score counts Google reviews from the last 90 days instead, so the two can differ.
Needs attention
A list of what's waiting on you, most urgent first: reviews with no reply, drafted replies to read, replies that didn't post, and things like holiday hours to set. 1 and 2 star reviews are marked Priority. When it's empty it says All caught up.
The other cards
- Connections: a line under the greeting says All connections healthy, or what needs fixing. See When a connection stops working.
- Average rating, last 7 weeks: each week's average.
- Where reviews come from: your reviews by site.
- Review requests: how many were sent, delivered and clicked, and Reviewed: how many got a review we could tie to the customer you asked, the same count as Staff review stats and the Reviewed status on Requests. Each stage shows its share of what was sent, and the line underneath says each step against the one before it, such as "62% of delivered clicked".
- You vs nearby: on Duo, Crew and Group, how your rating and reviews on Google compare with nearby businesses you pick. See Compare with nearby businesses.
- Today: Sold out today or Closed today in one tap. People who can change the listing use the buttons; everyone else sees what's set. See Sold out or closed today.
- Did the change work?: log a price rise, a new menu, a new hire or new hours, and see your reviews before and after it at 30, 60 and 90 days. See Did the change work?.
- Profile score: how complete your Google profile is. See Profile score and consistency check.
- Recent activity: what you and your team did, and what Chiffchaff did for you.
Some cards only show once there's something to put in them. Owners and managers can download several of them as a CSV. See Download your numbers.
