Get help
Where to find answers in the app, how the support chat works, and how to reach a person.
There are three ways to get help, and a person is always one step away.
The help center
Every article here is also on the Help page in the app, grouped by topic. Most pages in the app explain their own state too, so if something looks paused or empty, the page usually says why.
The support chat
Click Need help in the bottom corner of any page. It offers help with the page you're on, or you can type any question, and our AI assistant answers from these help articles. Every answer is labelled Answer from our AI assistant, based on the help center, so you always know it isn't a person. Below it you can browse the articles.
We're switching the chat on one business at a time. If you don't see Need help, it isn't on for your business yet, so email us instead.
If the answer doesn't fit, or the assistant isn't sure, click Send to a person right under the answer. Tell us what's going on, click Send to support, and a person reads it and replies by email, to the address on your account.
The chat can explain how things work, but it can't change your plan, your bill or your settings. A person does that.
Email us
Email support@getblythe.com any time. Our support hours, how quickly we answer, and which problems we deal with outside those hours are on the Help page.
Priority support on Group
On the Group plan, every note you send with Send to support is marked priority and goes to the top of our list. So does email to support@getblythe.com from the address you sign in with. Nothing to switch on. The Help page says how quickly priority messages get a reply.
What helps us help you
- Which page you were on, and what you clicked.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if you can.
Please don't send passwords, card numbers or API keys. We never need them.
Still stuck? Email support@getblythe.com.
