See who changed what
The Activity page lists the latest changes in your account, who made them and when, including anything our support team did.
Settings → Activity shows the last 50 changes made in your account: what changed, who did it and when, in your business's time zone.
What's listed
Changes, not page views. For example: a setting turned on or off, a reply approved or posted, a request sent, a listing edit, a plan change, a pause or a data download.
Things Chiffchaff does for you, like an autopilot reply posting, are listed too.
When our support team helps
If someone from our support team works on your account to help you, their changes are marked Chiffchaff support, so you can always see what they did.
Older changes
The page shows the most recent 50. Your full activity log is in your data export. See Download or delete your data.
